I'm Gunnar Gylfason — a technical lead and infrastructure engineer with 9+ years building distributed systems in production. I've owned Kubernetes end to end at Ripple, Palisade, and Keystone Technologies, running event-driven trading platforms, crypto custody systems, and cloud-native SaaS on k8s with Terraform, CI/CD, and observability baked in. At EVE Frontier (backed by a16z) I lead digital platform and blockchain infrastructure for a game serving thousands of concurrent players.

I've migrated monoliths to microservices, designed multi-tenant cluster architectures, and shipped production systems in Rust, Go, Java, and TypeScript.
