For software engineers
Learn how your application runs on Kubernetes.
Your team already uses Kubernetes. This path helps you inspect your application, investigate common failures, and recover a release. Some experience writing software is enough to start; Docker familiarity helps with the optional local project.
Self-paced. The browser simulator needs no local setup. Practice times are estimates, and the full lesson library is available from the sidebar.
Already know the basics?
Go straight to the practice studio.
1. Understand where your application runs
Trace a request from Ingress through a Service to a Pod. Understand the desired state your Deployment maintains.
2. Learn an investigation workflow
Inspect events, logs, configuration, and health checks. Follow a guided repair before trying one independently.
3. Connect the pieces in an application project
Connect a frontend, API, database, and Ingress. Inspect the deployed resources and prepare an application handover.
4. Make the diagnosis yourself
Repair five independent incidents, then try their two-fault challenges. Investigate with a live resource map, capture evidence, review manifest changes, and verify the whole modeled route.
5. Take the workflow back to your team
Use a reusable investigation checklist, annotated manifest, and escalation template. Know which questions to ask your platform team.
The practice pack costs $49
